What is the commission charged on?
On the item price you set. The delivery you charge is paid to you in full.
When am I paid?
Your sales are settled less commission on the schedule agreed at approval, and every order shows the payout owed in your dashboard.
Who handles customer service and returns?
We answer the shopper and manage the conversation. Items you shipped are returned to you under the return policy you declare.
Who is responsible for VAT?
You remain the seller of your own goods and responsible for your own tax obligations. VAT is collected at checkout and reported for the sale.
How is the Buy Box decided?
By the lowest delivered price — item plus delivery — among active sellers with stock.
Can I stop?
Yes. Switch your listings off at any time; the monthly plan runs to the end of the paid period.
