If your parcel or a product arrives damaged, we fix it — at no cost to you.

What to do Email hello@coskera.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the damage and photos of the product and the outer packaging.

What happens next We reply within 2 working days. Depending on stock we either send a replacement free of charge or refund you in full, including any return postage. Keep the item and packaging until we confirm the outcome.
