Products We sell genuine branded fragrance, skincare, haircare and makeup. Product images are indicative; packaging may vary between batches.

Prices All prices are in euros and include VAT. Delivery is free with no minimum order — the shipping cost is already included in the displayed price. We may change prices at any time; the price applied is the one displayed at the moment you order.

Orders Your order is confirmed once payment is accepted and you receive our confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of stock unavailability, an obvious pricing error or suspected fraud, with a full refund.

Make an Offer On eligible products you may propose your own price. An accepted offer is personal, valid for a single purchase, limited to the quantity stated and expires at the date shown. Offers cannot be combined with other discount codes.

Payment Payment is taken at the time of order via Shopify's secure checkout (card, and the wallets shown at checkout).

Delivery Orders are dispatched within 72 hours and delivered 3 to 4 working days later.

Withdrawal and returns You have 14 days to withdraw, subject to the hygiene conditions described on our Returns page.

Legal guarantees The legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects apply under French law.

Applicable law French law applies. Disputes may be brought before the competent French courts or the EU ODR platform.
