Free delivery on every order — no minimum spend.

Dispatch time All orders are dispatched within 72 hours of payment (working days). You receive a confirmation email as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.

Delivery time Delivery takes a further 3 to 4 working days after dispatch. In practice, most orders arrive within 4 to 7 working days of the order being placed.

Tracking A tracking link is emailed to you at dispatch. You can follow your parcel from the carrier's page at any time.

Destinations We ship across France and the European Union. Delivery is free, with no minimum order value — the shipping cost is already included in our prices.

Delays During launches, sales periods and public holidays, delivery may take slightly longer. If your parcel has not arrived 10 working days after dispatch, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
