What we collect Order data (name, delivery address, email, phone), account data if you create one, offer data when you use Make an Offer, and technical data such as IP address and browsing events.

Why we use it To process and deliver your orders, to answer your messages, to handle offers and returns, to prevent fraud, and — only with your consent — to send marketing emails.

Legal basis Performance of the sales contract, our legitimate interest in running and securing the store, legal accounting obligations, and your consent for marketing.

Who receives it Our payment and store provider (Shopify), our logistics and supplier partner for dispatching your order, and our email provider. We never sell your data.

Retention Order records are kept for 10 years for accounting purposes. Account and marketing data are kept until you delete your account or unsubscribe.
