Refunds are issued to the original payment method — we cannot refund to a different card or account.

Timing We process refunds within 14 days of receiving and checking your return. Your bank may take a further 3 to 5 working days to display the amount.

What is refunded The full price you paid for the returned items. Delivery is free on our side, so there is nothing to deduct. If the return is due to a fault, a damaged parcel or a picking error, we also refund your return postage on presentation of the receipt.

Partial returns If you return part of an order, only the returned items are refunded.
