You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to change your mind, in line with the EU right of withdrawal.

How to return an item 1. Email returns@coskera.com with your order number and the items concerned. 2. We send you the return address and a return reference within 2 working days. 3. Send the items back, unused, in their original and unopened packaging.

Condition For hygiene reasons, fragrance, skincare and makeup can only be returned if the seal and cellophane are intact. Used or unsealed items cannot be accepted.

Refunds Once your return is received and checked, we refund the full amount to the original payment method within 14 days. Return postage is at your expense unless the item was faulty, damaged or incorrect.
