How long does delivery take? Orders are dispatched within 72 hours and delivered 3 to 4 working days later — so 4 to 7 working days in total.

How much is delivery? Free, on every order, with no minimum spend. The shipping cost is already included in our prices.

Are the products genuine? Yes. Everything is sourced from an authorised European wholesaler, in original sealed packaging.

How does Make an Offer work? On eligible products, enter your price and your email. Our engine answers in seconds: accepted, countered or declined. An accepted offer is valid for one purchase until the expiry date shown.

Can I return an item? Yes, within 14 days, provided the seal and cellophane are intact — see our Returns page.
