You can cancel your order free of charge as long as it has not been dispatched.

Before dispatch Orders are dispatched within 72 hours. Email hello@coskera.com with your order number as soon as possible and we will cancel it and refund you in full.

After dispatch Once the parcel has left our warehouse we can no longer stop it. Refuse the delivery or use the standard 14-day return procedure.

Cancellations by us Very occasionally a product becomes unavailable at our supplier after you order. In that case we cancel the line and refund it immediately, and we will always email you first.
